We connect young dreamers with professionals who have been where they aspire to go, people who know what it takes to get there and are willing to invest in the next generation. We're building the community that once invested in us through real relationships, real conversations, real guidance, and real success.
Pathway After Sports
The transition out of athletics is one of the most overlooked moments in a young person's life. We help high school athletes look beyond the season, building a vision for life beyond the final buzzer sounds.

This isn't a program imported from somewhere else. Maj's Mission was born here, built here, and focused here. Toledo is home, and we believe in investing in the young people who call it that too.

We're connecting Northwest Ohio's young athletes with professionals across industries who are willing to invest their time, experience, and network into the next generation. No big commitment required — just a genuine willingness to show up for a kid who's trying to figure it out.
What Partnership Looks Like:
1-on-1 Mentorship — Meet regularly with a young athlete to offer guidance, answer questions, and share what you've learned navigating your career. You don't have to be famous. You just have to be real.
Job Shadowing & Internship Connections — Open your workplace for a day or create an opportunity for a high school athlete to see what life looks like beyond the sport. Sometimes all a kid needs is to see it to believe it's possible.

The Founder
Demajeo Wiggins grew up near Toledo, Ohio — Springfield area — and turned his talent into a college career at Bowling Green State University.
From there, he went on to play professionally in the NBA G League with the Greensboro Swarm, then took his game worldwide — Czech Republic, Estonia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Spain, Greece, China, and Croatia.
Six years. Nine countries. A career that most people only dream of. And now Demajeo is bringing everything he learned to the young people of Northwest Ohio.

Yes — completely. Majeo's Mission is a nonprofit. There is no cost to any athlete who participates in our programs.
